Sushi is an offering you won't find on many caterers' menus. Or if they do, they are probably subcontracting it out to another vendor.

Good thing for us, we also own a sushi restaurant! We are your one stop shop for your catering event even if you want sushi. Is there anything more luxurious than having a sushi bar/buffet at your wedding dinner or cocktail hour?

You don't need a big spread to make a big impact. The secret to good sushi? The rice. The blend of sushi seasoning, with perfectly prepared rice ensures that each grain of rice is soft, sticky enough to hold together, but doesn't get mushy or gluey. This combines perfectly with our premium grade, tuna, salmon, yellow tail, crab and uni among the many other standard fish offerings.
